participate in a safe controlled manner, so that you can learn
technique, get a workout in, and let some stress out while never leaving
the gym injured or scared. Our classes are separated into different levels of contact so students
can control their exposure from no contact pad work out to full contact
sparring. No student is
ever forced to do more than they can but all will be pushed to levels
they never seen achievable.

that changes is the level of intensity and the amount of contact both
which can be controlled by you while training at our facility.
We have many students well into their 50’s that still participate
weekly in our Muay Thai Kickboxing program.
It's not just for fighting: new research published in the British
Journal of Sports Medicine shows that people in their 40's and 50's who
regularly practice martial arts demonstrate astounding levels of
physical fitness in comparison to people the same age who don't exercise
at all. The study subjects who practiced martial arts had 12% less body
fat, were able to do twice as many sit-ups, had enhanced flexibility and
leg strength, demonstrated a stronger immune system and showed greatly
improved balance.

you pay dues to the gym every month to work out on your own, hitting the
bag, jumping rope, doing shadow boxing, and if you want you can pay
extra to have a trainer hold mitts for you and give you some guidance.

our Hour Long classes in Boxing where you will receive mitt work,

MMA fighter who competed with the Pitbulls in 2007 season of the IFL
which they went on to win! Bryan is a two time All American Wrestler,
Grapplers quest champion, and Abu Dhabi Qualifier who has a purple belt
under Renzo Gracie.

RODNEY LIBRAMONTE has been training in Martial Arts since 1989.
Rodney has a background in Okinawan Karate, Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali,
San Da, Boxing, and Muay Thai. Rodney Has been training under David
Martucci in Muay Thai since 2005. With a varied training background and
fight experience, Rodney brings an eclectic and dynamic approach to
coaching the stand up curriculum. Rodney is available for group and
